"I cannot recommend Ms. Stephanie Hernandez highly enough if you are looking for an insurance agent. My family has been with State Farm since the mid-1980s, and our former agent retired a few years ago. We moved over to Ms. Hernandez. Our first order of business was to figure out a sticky issue with regard to past premiums. Ms. Hernandez communicated regularly and in detail, telling me in writing and by phone the documents she needed from me to move forward. On her end, Ms. Hernandez moved mountains within State Farm -- no small feat -- to resolve the issue above and beyond what I had hoped for. If you're looking for an agent in the Northern Virginia area, I suggest that Ms. Hernandez be your first choice."
